I am from Alabama originally, but have lived in many places including Florida and Pennsylvania. My husband and I came to Costa Rica two years ago as full-time missionaries. I teach at a private school in Escazu and lead the youth group at a local church. I love adventure and travel.

Although life gets busy, I try to stop and smell the roses. (Botanical Gardens, Alabama, 2005)

I enjoy climbing mountains and rappelling down them. It is nice to see life from a different point of view. (Cheaha State Park, 2005)

Reading is one of the things I do for relaxation. I am a life student and enjoy learning new things. (Panama, 2010)

Scuba diving is one of the greatest experiences in the world. To be in a whole new environment with animals we don’t see as often is amazing. I love the colors and diversity underwater. (Bahamas, 2005)
